The Quixote was founded in 2025 to meet the growing demand for professional office spaces and multifunctional venues in Indianapolis.
Located in the vibrant Near Eastside, our building is a thoughtfully renovated space designed to foster creativity and community. Like the businesses we serve, we're passionate about growth. From leasing offices to hosting impactful corporate events, our mission is to connect professionals and offer spaces that feel like home.
Story Behind The Name
The name “The Quixote” comes from the story of Don Quixote de la Mancha, a man whose bold imagination transformed everyone around him. He saw possibility where others saw ruin, and his belief inspired ordinary people—innkeepers, thieves, and strangers—to rise into better versions of themselves.
That spirit is the foundation of The Quixote. Located in one of the most overlooked pockets of the Near Eastside, we created this space for the “delusional visionaries”—the entrepreneurs, creatives, and community builders who believe they can spark change. Our coworking spaces, private offices, and event venues exist to bring those people together and invest in a future where their ideas can lift the entire neighborhood.
The Story Behind The Logo
The Quixote’s logo comes from an illustration a child in South Africa drew for the founder. It blended something familiar and historic with something wildly imaginative, and years later a designer helped faithfully recreate that drawing into a clean, polished, digital asset while preserving its original spirit.
The logo symbolizes what The Quixote is all about: visionary thinking in unexpected places. The windmill nods to the classic tale of Don Quixote, while the tentacle represents unconventional creativity, resilience, and the willingness to tackle challenges that don’t look like anyone else’s. It’s a reminder that bold ideas, no matter how unusual, can power real change in the community.
